Private message data
TactSend handles sensitive messages, screenshots, imported chats, person profiles, and outcome feedback. This data should only be used to help the user communicate better inside their private account.
Instant Profile Import
User consent before upload only covers the uploader. The other person in the chat has not directly consented to being analyzed, so imported chat data must be handled carefully. TactSend must never share, expose, publicly profile, identify, contact, or use the other person’s data outside the user’s private account.
Delete and export
- Users should be able to delete imported chats.
- Users should be able to delete person profiles.
- Users should be able to delete account data.
- Users should be able to export their data where required.
Human Review access
Human Review only sees user-submitted case data when the user explicitly purchases or submits a case for review.
No public AI training
User content, imported chats, screenshots, and private profiles should not be used for public AI training.
